I would like to inform you of a Neuroimaging Analyst position that is currently open at Vanderbilt University in the Education and Brain Research Laboratory (EBRL). The Neuroimaging Analyst will run experiments and record, process, and maintain the MRI scan data acquired in educational neuroscience research studies. This individual will also participate in the development and implementation of the MRI research studies, and contribute to research publication as directed by the primary investigator, Dr. Laurie Cutting.

This is a full-time position.  Salary is dependent upon years of education and experience.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience or related field and a minimum of 24 months relevant experience. Experience may be substituted for education: basic qualification requirement on a 2:1 basis (2 years of experience for each year of education required, but not attained).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Matlab, Unix, Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability/clearance to work in an MRI environment
• Advanced knowledge of fMRI processing procedures  
• Knowledge of basic biostatistical approaches to the analysis of research data
