Hi All,
When specifying the DCM model, you are asked to define the slice timing parameter(s). I have two questions regarding this process:
1. I believe the number of parameters you must define corresponds to the number of VOIs that are in the model. Is this a correct assumption?
2. Does the value of the parameter specify the point at which the VOI data was collected? My data was collected in an interleaved sequence. Do I simply determine the point within my TR when the data was collected?
