Dear John and SPM users, given a set of images I have created a template using DARTEL. We have already discussed about mapping from native to "import" space. I would like to ask you if it is possible to extract for each subject the matrix representing the transformation from native to template-dartel space and apply it selectively to a restricted set of points in the native space in order to obtain their relative coordinates in the template space.
