Yes, but you'll first need to install some patches to bring your version of SPM2 up to date. I would suggest deleting spm2 and downloading the various fixes you need from http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/software/#current . Once you have SPM8 installed, you can use Dartel as described in the manual.
