[apologies for multiple postings] Dear all my presentation at Internet Librarian International 2010 "Wiki for CPD and new Intranets" is available at: http://www.brunellalongo.it/ili2010/longo-ili2010.pdf It briefly reports about lessons learned thanks to my CPD-plan during the last 20 months with regard to three aspects of Wikis as technology of collaboration: records management, curation of collaborative works and organisational challenges.
