Are you referring to feedback provided by an OH Nurse Advisor  or a ‘report’ by an OH physician – in my view they are different.

 

If the former I was always led to believe it is best practice – depends on your organisational policy and procedures, the later legislation – Access to medical reports Act – see link in this fac occ med letter - http://www.facoccmed.ac.uk/library/docs/atmra_may08fwd.pdf

I wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of where it is stated that employees have the right to see their Oh report if they wish and in some cases are copied in on the report
