Creating Capacity

A social enterprise endorsed by MLA and supported by Renaissance London with
learning programmes to inspire the profession and develop confidence now and
for the future

 

Remember that included in the price of all our courses is three months post
course support. This will really help to implement your learning by giving
you the opportunity to be in touch with your trainer for three months after
your course.

 

We have three courses coming up in November designed to support your
understanding of your community: 

 

For just £120 join a course for all those who have responsibility for
evidence based marketing planning.  

On Visitor and User Data: How to collect and use it effectively

- An understanding of the value of research

- An understanding of different types of audience research 

- Clarity on how to develop a simple research plan

- Clarity on the research needs of your own organisation

- Basic understanding of data analysis 

- The ability to use data to inform decision making

retain volunteers from a wide variety of backgrounds. 

Volunteer management: Reflecting the community in volunteer diversity

- Understanding the importance of social justice and its impact on our
organisation

- Understanding the role of diversity within this setting

teenagers.

Inclusive Services: Practical strategies for working with teenagers
