Claire, I'm not sure if your question is directed at publishers or librarians, but just for the record, OECD's terms of use encourages librarians to make maximum use of OECD iLibrary and this would include retired staff, alumni and others with remote access via the institution's network. I'm not interested in walk-in or on-campus access, this is really just about remote access.
