SMILE Science in Museums Inspiring Learning & Engagement Our 2nd Free CPD day (including lunch) will be at Bolton Museum, 10.00am - 3.30pm on 7 December 2010 * The day will give a brief overview of Bolton Museum's science learning programmes and will include a presentation on "The nature of Science". * Developments in secondary science in museums will be explored by talented secondary museum professionals from the North West. * Take park in an interactive Talk Science workshop led by colleagues from The Science Museum in London. * The workshop will give participants the chance to investigate practical ways of discussing contemporary science. * You will discover the role of museums in facilitating and inspiring object based science.
