Hi - I suggest you look at the images output to answer that!    You might also see if you can output the VTK format outputs from bet and betsurf, as that might be a more accurate way of getting the surfaces into FreeSurfer, if they can handle that?

I assume the bet algorithm does binarization. Is that right? When yes, my question now is what or which value “happens” to the voxels in the bet algorithm?
