Hi All,

I am a new user of FSL and I need a bit help to set the high level analysis of my 

data.

It is a longitudinal study. I have 7 patients acquired at t0 and t1 under 3 

conditions.

The illness is really aggressive and each activation map at t1 is really different 

from t0 one.

What is the best approach for the high level analysis between

Unpaired Two-Group Difference (Two-Sample Unpaired T-Test) or

Paired Two-Group Difference (Two-Sample Paired T-Test) ?
