Are we to assume from the lack of published
salary that those for whom salary is important need not apply? Much
in the way that smart jewellery shops do not display prices (if you need
to ask you can't afford it).
there have been a number of jobs advertised
recently that do not indicate salary. It is really not helpful to
the job seeker, nor to the recruiter - to go through the whole process
to discover/be told "I can't afford to work for you" is frustrating
and time-wasting in the extreme.
Is this lack of openness about salary
levels an attempt to try and drive the salary down as far as possible?
