Hi FSL experts, I'm trying to run tbss_deproject 2 on a dataset that was processed with the tbss_2_reg -n option and it fails and gives the following message line 112: /Users/erikohanlon/fsl/bin/imglob: Argument list too long Do I have to extract some specific files first before running the tbss_deproject command as I've run it on another dataset that was processed with the tbss_2_reg using the -T setting and it runs fine ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Erik
