Do any of you charge internally for your web/digital
services, and if so, would you be willing to share your model and experiences
with me?
I’m looking for some idea of what services others
charge for, what SLAs are being offered, what prices are being charged, what grade
the charged out staff are on, and also any useful insights into the benefits and
dis-benefits of internal charging.
I promise to use this information anonymously if that will
help you share it with me! (Please make that clear if/when you answer.)
I’d also be interested if the answer is ‘no, we don’t charge’.
