Hello SPM'ers,
I am running coregistration using SPM5 on a macpro. I am running a batch to coregister the functional epi images to their respective structural images. I have maintained default settings and amazingly the SPM quit working because my disk (approx 600 Gb got full). The size of r*img after realign was 254 kb and rr*img after coreg is 89 mb. As you see I absolutely need advice.
