Dear all! I analysed a group of converting MCI in comparison to non-converting MCI using a t-test. Results showed significant differences in areas of the medial and frontal lobe. Neuropsychological results (MMSE, verbal memory) showe significant group differences as well. Is it correct to ad neuropsychological results as a covariate to show, if there is an assiciation between atrophic regions and neuropsychological results? What other methode would be possibel to show an association between neuropsychological results and morphological group differences? Thanks for your help Greetings Michaela
