Hi, I now scan with high resolution (1.56 x 1.56 in plane and 2.4 slice sickness without gaps). After normalization I resample to 2x2x2 isomorphic voxel size. In order to increase the coverage I think to increase the slice sickness to 3 mm. The questions are: 1. How bad would be to resample to non-isomorphic voxel of 2x2x3 size? 2. How bad is to resample to 2x2x2 when actual slice sickness is 3? Thanks for help, Daniel
