Hi Michael we are also affected by this and according to my calculations it will cost more than double (115%) to keep our print journals with e top-ups. I am outraged but don't know what to do about it. Do you have e top-ups or e-only? There appears to be a large price increase for both. Plus VAT will be increasing. Kind regards Lyn Edmonds Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Hi We recently received a notice from Elsevier to say that our licence with Science Direct would expire at the end of the year because: "the tariff methodology for Elsevier Health Sciences titles to NHS institutions has changed" and that we are to be shunted over to another Elsevier product called Journals Consult. I am curious to know whether any other NHS libraries have had this sort of notice and whether the change will significantly affected the prices of journals they get from Elsevier.
