I have already gone through that documentation but haven't quite found a satisfying answer. Can you please tell me if there is a way to specify the cluster size or does FSL just decides that by itself? If so my question was how? When I look at the PostStats section of the first level analysis, it shows some sets of clusters that I am unable to understand or explain how it obtained them? Can you please help me understand that? Thank you.
