Hi - this relates to  compute-cluster-support, not thresholding!

Somehow you have your computer setup so that it expects SGE software to be running, but it clearly isn't running correctly - so edit your .profile or .bashrc or .cshrc (etc) file in your home directory and comment out any reference to SGE - then log out and in again.   If that doesn't help, ask your local sysadmin.

Cheers.

echo $SGE_ROOT

/opt/sge

What does that mean? What is SGE clustering? What do I have to change?

I specified cluster thresholding with Z= 3.1, and p = 0.01.

Dear Experts!

I freshly installed FSL on my MacBook. The installation happened without any error message.

When trying to run a FEAT-analysis, however, I get the following error message in my browser:

/usr/local/fsl/bin/feat_model design

mkdir .files;cp /usr/local/fsl/doc/fsl.css .files;ln -s /usr/local/fsl/doc/images .files/images

Has anybody an idea what that is suppose to mean, or how I can solve this problem respectively?

Thanks very much in advance!
