Hello all- I ran BET then gray matter segmentation on group of neurodegenerative patients vs. controls. The controls look good, however some of the patient segmentation results look like there might be something wrong with the process. This is my first time I am looking at segmentation results and would greatly appreciate if someone could take a look at a few images and offer their opinon. (However, not sure how to upload data to fsl site.) Many thanks Karim
