Hi all, I'm trying to perform brain volumetry on a T1 image with Siena. After I call sienax using "sienax n01t1.img" I get a series of errors (see below). I thought it may have something to do with problems with FSL path, but I configured it as outlined in the installation page and now everything seems to work fine. I also tried to run sienax with superuser privileges, this didn't work either. The errors I am getting are the following.
