Hello,
If you process your data with fslmaths using the -nan option all the nan values will be replaced with 0, and you should then be able to view your data normally.

Many Regards

Matthew

> Hi,
> I'm having problem in analyzing data (calculated maps) following processing in matlab. When loading the images to the fsl viewer it's invisible and presented with nan values. Manually selection of the correct threshold (in the viewer GUI) revels the image, however analyzing these images (as extracting VOI) results with nan values.
