Hello, When running FNIRT I received the follow error message 5 or 6 times: SpMat::SolveForx: Warning requested tolerence not obtained. Requested tolerance was 0.001, and achieved tolerance was 0.583792 This may or may not be a problem in your application, but you should look into it After, the application seems to finish, but I have a black image as iout. I did the FLIRT before, and the image looks good. Can anyone help me to fix this? It's the first time I'm trying to run FNIRT with my own data. Thanks in advance, Fernanda
