Hi Sue,

To get the certificates quickly (as you don’t know how long it will take to rectify this), for a similar qualification I claimed all the normal units via EDI submission and then   claimed the certification code that required the ‘T’ grade  directly through Walled Garden shopping basket for all the candidates.

Dear All

we use EBS4 for our systems and i have recently tried to claims certificates from C&G via EDI upload

for a couple of schemes that require a certification module - example 4249-01-901

C&G seem to want a ‘T’ against this module (even though the customer service person did not know what ‘T’ stood for!!!)

I don’t have ‘T’ in my list of options re grades on EBS4

Have any of you come across this problem – have you been able to upload an M form via EDI with it

Or have you had to claim the module directly on the walled garden

I am trying to find out from Tribal what we need to do – but they seem a bit vague at the moment.

Any comments would be appreciated
