Dear All
we use EBS4 for our systems and i have recently tried to
claims certificates from C&G via EDI upload
for a couple of schemes that require a certification module -
example 4249-01-901
C&G seem to want a ‘T’ against this module (even though
the customer service person did not know what ‘T’ stood for!!!)
I don’t have ‘T’ in my list of options re grades on
EBS4
Have any of you come across this problem – have you been able
to upload an M form via EDI with it
Or have you had to claim the module directly on the walled
garden
I am trying to find out from Tribal what we need to do – but
they seem a bit vague at the moment.
Any comments would be appreciated
