No is the simple answer.

If the punter wants anything created after the date of request they are
obliged to make a further SAR and pay any fee again.  This assumes a
reasonable period of time has elapsed and you choose not to apply s8(3)

We have had a SAR where the applicant has said ' if any further minutes and
amendments can be forwarded'. Normally, we supply what we have to date at
the time the SAR was made, and of course anything additional that may be
generated until the data is posted out. Are we bound to supply ongoing data
as it arises after the initial amount of data has been supplied ?
