The Loyola University Center for Textual Studies and Digital Humanities and the Martin J. Svaglic Chair in Textual Studies are pleased to announce a day conference on Saturday, October 30, 2010:  "Humanities Research Infrastructure and Tools," with presentations by Laura Mandell (Miami University of Ohio), Desmond Schmidt (Queensland University of Technology, Australia), Peter Shillingsburg (Loyola University), and George K. Thiruvathukal (Loyola University), followed by a discussion with a panel of potential users--faculty and students. The program begins at 9:30 AM with coffee and pastries and concludes at 4:00 (lunch will be provided), 4th floor, Information Commons, Loyola University Chicago Lake Shore Campus.
