Hi all, I'm planning to acquire data showing subjects a 3D movie and a 2D movie for 10 minutes each, and I want to compare the differences in activations between the two conditions. Since the design is model free, would melodic be the appropriate approach to analyze this dataset? I've only briefly dealt with melodic before, and I'm not exactly sure how to interpret the components, especially trying to compare two separate conditions? Any advice/explanations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Amy
