Hi All,

I am currently investigating Picture Hanging Systems that we could use in our new Temporary Exhibition Galleries at the Museum of East Anglian Life, Stowmarket. The walls are lath and plaster in a Grade 2* listed Queen Anne house so will not take regular remounting using mirrorplates and security screws.

We would be looking for a system that is easy to use and could be operated by either one of two people. Preferably it would meet standards for the Government Indemnity Scheme although I am currently investigating these further.

We would be looking to use it for framed works, as well as craft pieces.

Does anyone have any recommendations or even systems to avoid?

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Many thanks,

Lisa
