I have a question about extracting beta values.

I would like to run an FIR analysis on an fMRI dataset in SPM8 and extract beta values from predefined ROIs.

I used marsbar and made a graph of FIR time-course from my design via the GUI, but I couldn't get value of this time-course.

How can I get the FIR timecourse value of beta from the predefined ROIs?

Any advice would be much appreciated!
