I have 2 Groups and 6 Conditions in the original design. Now I want to know if the time of day (morning / afternoon) has had an impact on the results. To answer that I have changed my 2nd level factorial design to include a third factor: [Group EarlyLate Condition] with the levels [1 1 1] [1 1 2] ... [2 2 6]. Now I am bit unsure how to specify the contrast in the Contrast manager. I would like to know if the time of day had an effect in general, and if it had an effect on Group_1 in particular. I wonder if I am doing this right, and I would appreciate any hints.
