Hi,
I’m analyzing data on our institution’s cluster
and the fastest/easiest way to do this is w/o displays. Unfortunately, while I
am able to process data using SPM w/o displays, I am unable to preprocess.
Specifically, I receive an error during coregistration when I believe SPM is setting
parameters related to a window it tried to open. Error:

Is there any way to preprocess with SPM w/o displays? Is
there a version of SPM with all graphics-related calls disabled? I would try
commenting that line out, but I’m almost sure there are numerous graphics-related
calls throughout SPM Any other recommendations?
Best,
