Hi I have a batch script run within Matlab (spm8, Matlab 7.8R2009a) that segments a T1-wtd image and then coreg-reslices the segmented images to an ASL image. Consistently the first time it runs, it runs without error, but doesn't produce the reslice images for the segmentation images, only the principal. Yet if I run the same script again, it all works. I've saved the matlabbatch and loaded it, and everything looks OK. I've no idea how to debug it further - can anyone help?
