Hi, What reflect the numbers (graphs) which are shown after realignment procedure? Are those numbers reflect how much SPM really corrected or how much SPM thought the subject motion was, but we do not know how much of this was corrected. An addition question: is the ability of SPM to correct the motion between scans (the abrupt lines in graphs) better than slow motion drift during the scans? Thanks, John
