Hello again,

There have been some technical issues with one of the questions in this survey and as a result all of the data for question 13, prior to sunday the 22nd of August, has been lost.
If you have previously filled in this survey, could I ask that you fill in this question again, using this link; http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/356222/Question-13 (please note; this will take you to question 13 only), it is estimated that it will take 3 minuets to complete this question.
If you could use the computer you used to fill out the survey initially, I will be able to match up the IP addresses and merge this question into your previous response.

If you have not filled out the questionnaire and would like to do so please use this link; http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/321815/Testing-model-of-activity-design

This survey will be live until the end of September, so if you are involved in the design or creation of activities, anywhere in the world, I would be very grateful if you could take the time to fill it out (see the link below). Please also feel free to forward this link to anyone you feel may be interested in taking part.

The full questionnaire can be found at;
http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/321815/Testing-model-of-activity-design

I would be really grateful for your participation.

Thanks

Karen Calpin
