Dear ACNM Members,

The American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) is currently accepting abstracts for the ACNM 56th Annual Meeting, May 23 - 28, 2011, in San Antonio, Texas. Reflecting the important role that midwives will play in the coming years in expanding access to high-quality primary care and maternity care services, the theme of the meeting is "Midwives on a Mission: We Need You!" The College welcomes abstract submissions relevant to all aspects of midwifery practice, including clinical, research, service, and education related to the care of women across the lifespan—including primary care, preventive health services, reproductive health, gynecology, and maternity care.

Submission Deadline: September 30, 2010
