Yet again I'm wondering whatever happened to the book delivery service (ref Love Film) pilot by MLA... I think the pilot existed for a while although I found it hard to find out anything about it. I last heard a reference to such a scheme in a speech by Margaret Hodge, which was then picked up and made fun of by the press. I'm still wondering what happened to it and how far it got.
