Colleagues

Just a reminder about today's (Tuesday 10th August at 11am) webcast.

Poole Council was recently found to have violated the human rights of a mother and her family when doing covert surveillance under Part 2 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA).

I am doing a free webcast TODAY to examine the decision in detail as well as the new RIPA review announced by the Coalition Government which will report in the Autumn.

There is still time to register: http://www.actnow.org.uk/content/50
