JISCMail - DATA-PROTECTION Archives

Good day everyone,

Does anyone know what the accepted retention period is for email session logs (which would probably constitute personal data)? And are there currently any statutory requirements for public sector organizations in the retention of such data or we governed by a voluntary code of practice?
