Just bumping this to the top of everyone's inbox...I promise not to bug you beyond today. To date I've had one reply to my previous mail, so I assume you all feel well connected with the VOs, and consider all necessary support mechanisms to be both in place and working perfectly. If this doesn't describe your sentiments, then I'd be happy to hear of your experiences and pass them on (anonymously, if desired) at the WLCG workshop later this week. If you have any suggestions of how the VOs could improve their user-support, you can direct them to me too. Cheers Mike.
