Comments should be limited to factual errors and what is called in the financial world, "material omissions". An example of the latter — Suppose the review of a book about research into cellular automata fails to mention the fact that the book contains no reference to W. Brian Arthur, Dwayne Farer or Stephan Wolfram. All have written important papers on this subject. Whether or not you agree with them, you cant ignore them ! ###
