Have to say I agree-can I ask that posts with stupid salaries not be advertised in this way in future.

This is the best bit-

'design an efficient system to maintain, access, operate and control archive and records management functions for the Authority.'

Don't some peeps pay millions of pounds to EDRM vendors for that sort of thing?
