Hi Ernie - looking forward to meeting up again in September! And yes, 
the Watson quote is wonderful, and we have that in the paper as well.

It was her thinking that motivated the title of the chapter I wrote in 
McNiff and Whitehead's "Action Research in Organisations". I entitled it 
"Collaboration for Co-liberation". There's some great writing coming out 
of Oz, for sure.
