Full information below. *** Dear Colleagues, Swinburne University of Technology Faculty of Design is planning to appoint a senior academic in communication design. The appointment will be at Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor level. Senior lecturer salaries run from $86,985 to $100,234 plus 17% superannuation. Associate professor salaries run from $104,649 to $115,243 plus 17% superannuation. The person we appoint will contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Communication Design. This will include delivering lectures and tutorials, developing learning materials, conducting and marking assessments, supervising postgraduate research candidates, convening study units and managing programs. This staff member will function as a member of an interdisciplinary team helping the Faculty of Design to achieve its objectives. This staff will be expected to will maintain and develop in scholarly, research, and professional expertise. We require a PhD for this position.
