When I went to see the client in north London; I asked someone at 3drisk solutions if I had to do the whole screening. The person informed me that I only ever do the test that's been requested on the confirmation request. This is why when I went to see the client in Streatham I only did the specific test stated on on the confirmation request.
I did clear this matter with Nicola who made it clear what needs to be done for mini screen and full nurse screening.
Also unfortunately a charger for the digital pen was not supplied with all my equipment resulting in the battery running out on me today. My brother in law has kindly loaned me one of his own chargers in the meantime with which I have been able to charge the pen. So I dont anticipate any future problems in future.
