Another morning, another email with a list of jobs in the inbox, yet I have to ask, why oh why do the salaries for nursing posts appear and yet those for our doctor colleagues are always blank? Is this a secret society? Are we likely to suffer trauma if we find out what they earn and compare that with our own income, and then compare roles and suffer a complete breakdown? Are medics on such a huge salary that it can't be published on a job advert or is there some law prohibiting it?
