HI, Have you looked at the practice guidelines done by Jane Munro and Helen Spiby and on the RCM website at http://www.rcm.org.uk/college/standards-and-practice/practice-guidelines/ They are evidence based and could be adopted lock stock and barrel rather than reinventing the wheel.
