To those experiencing problems with this, it would be worth reporting the details as below to the UKPMC helpdesk.

 

 

Dear Jane,

 

Apologies for the problems you're encountering. Would you be able to provide us with as much of the following information as possible:

 

The PubMed or PMC ID of the material you're trying to access;

The time you tried to access the material;

The name and version of the browser you're using (version number should be visible from the menu: Help > About)?

 

For anyone else encountering similar problems we'd be grateful if they could report them to us ([log in to unmask]) in the same way.

Although I could access this last week, now when I click on a link to the full text I am just getting a blank screen. Other libraries seem to be having a similar problem.
