I'm having a problem.

I have requests for two papers from the current year of a journal on
HighWire, whose page specifically says people can do interlibrary
lending from the online version. Yet from libraries listing holdings on
COPAC, I've already had two replies saying they can't supply because
it's online only. What should I do next?

I even informed one of the libraries that I'd checked this before
asking.

My readers are pretty desperate!
